∎ Masters in Nutrition/Agriculture/ Social Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organizing inception workshops at Upazila/union level.
∎ To implement the intervention with rural market actors and community groups.
∎ To the effective implementation of SBC and market development strategy.
∎ Closely work with Market Management Committee (MMC), mobile vendor, women group, existing adolescent group, Agro-input Retailer Network, Government agriculture officer.
∎ Assist to organize training with mobile sale agents, Hat/Bazar vendors, women groups, adolescents.
∎ Assist to designed and drive activities for sustainability
∎ To organize formulate research in the target market catchment area.
∎ Assist in Conduct situational and audience analysis
∎ To facilitate the partnership between hat/Bazar vendors and mobile sales agents.
∎ To organize and conduct Agriculture & Livelihood training, meeting, workshop at Upazila, Union, and community levels.
∎ Knowledge sharing on agricultural modern practices including integrated farming system
∎ To arrange exchange/learning visits, field days on updated technology for skill development of the community.
∎ To ensure inputs, materials; technical information & advice to beneficiaries for establishing demonstration including nutrition garden.
∎ To participate in Agricultural, Fruits, and Tree fair's at union and Upazila level for technology dissemination.
∎ To organize linkage meetings among the farmers, producer group, input & output actors including other stakeholders to ensure better market access.
∎ To Linkage & network with the Upazila line department (Such as DAE, ULO), private sector.
∎ To prepare all kinds of quantity & qualitative reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Must have the valid motorcycle-driving license and motorcycle driving is obligatory for performing the responsibilities.
∎ Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali
∎ Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33,000 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project
