Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the assigned activities according to the program work plan and methodology validated by the Outreach HP & Disinfection Officer.
∎ Deliver hygiene promotion messages in the area of intervention (with a focus on the COVID-19 epidemic).
∎ Organize and supervise the disinfection operations realized in the area of intervention trough the selection, management and coaching of volunteers.
∎ Develop contacts with community leaders and key stakeholders to explain and promote the organization and projects.
∎ Act as a link between the organization, volunteers and beneficiaries.
∎ Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by the disinfection volunteers.
∎ Control and monitor the good use of equipment, material and consumables needed by the volunteers for the implementation of the disinfection activities.
∎ Contribute to the realization of needs assessment in collaboration with the Outreach & Disinfection Officer.
∎ Provide detailed, accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports to his/her line manager on activities and potential challenges.
∎ Where required, gather and provide on regular basis necessary information, data, activity pictures, etc.
∎ This list of activities is not exhaustive and additional activities may be requested by Tdh management according to the needs of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience with (I)NGO in relief context (2 years minimum)
∎ Proven experience in WASH sector with hygiene promotion in community component
∎ Proficient in spoken local language and written and spoken English
∎ Experience in volunteers' management and the ability to engage and mobilize people
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and tact
∎ Capacity to work in difficult conditions (field activities)
∎ Excellent organization and communication skills
∎ Professionalism and thoroughness
Salary: Tk. 39750 (Monthly)
