Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in organizational development/ Management/ Development Studies/ Business Administration/ Public Administration or related field from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:

∎ Project name: Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)
∎ Location: CARE Bangladesh Dhaka Office
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be Five years from the date of joining

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of institutional development, system strengthening and organizational management.
∎ Experience of working in international donor supported programs and track record of working with youth-led and youth serving partner NGOs/ non-profit agencies and relevant govt. regulatory bodies.
∎ Knowledge and skills in the areas of OD assessment, strategy development, legal compliance, planning and system development.
∎ Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
