Plan and execute organic marketing strategies for social media growth
Create high-quality and engaging posts for Facebook and other digital platforms
Generate creative and trending content ideas aligned with audience interests
Increase page reach, engagement, and follower growth organically
Research current social media trends and implement viral marketing concepts
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams
Build audience trust and strengthen brand communication
Monitor content performance and optimize strategies for better engagement
✅ Requirements
Prior experience in organic marketing or social media growth
Strong understanding of Facebook algorithms and audience engagement
Ability to create quality content ideas and marketing campaigns
Knowledge of digital trends and viral content strategy
Creative mindset with strong communication skills
Experience in e-commerce marketing will be an added advantage
