Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and interpret all blueprints and manuals for various CNC operations
∎ Understand, interprets & edits G-Code programming
∎ Uses gauges & measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
∎ Analyze and measure all controls for machine factors such as speed
∎ Identify all sounds of machines during operation and adjust same to resolve all issues
∎ Perform all work on machines
∎ Analyze and insert all control instructions on machines
∎ Perform visual inspection on all machines and recommend required adjustments
∎ Ensure compliance to all safety procedures
∎ Prepare reports for all unsafe conditions in processes
∎ Ensure optimal use of all materials and equipments.
∎ Monitor inventory of stock
∎ Ensure neat and clean work area at all times and free of all unwanted materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling precision measurement tools
∎ Maintenance Capacity & Knowledge of the various type of Mould, especially for plastic
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer wit auto CAD
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable for the job
∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Possessing a positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressureProven experience as CNC operator
∎ Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
