Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine setting.
∎ Strong understanding of restaurant management software (POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software).
∎ Experience in planning, marketing campaign management, and event coordination.
∎ Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Proficiency in financial management and cost control.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
∎ Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to reduce wastage and costs.
∎ Monitor kitchen and front-of-house operations to maintain quality and consistency.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
∎ Plan and coordinate events, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies.
∎ Create and manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
∎ Contribute to business planning initiatives and long-term strategic goals.
∎ Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
∎ Track and analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Work with the finance team on vendor payments and cost management.
