Job Summary:

Sushi Tei Bangladesh (a concern of Sajeeb group) is a high-end Japanese cuisine-focused restaurant at Gulshan-2.

Sr. Waiter/ Waiter is responsible for providing impeccable customer service in a fine dining setting, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience through attentive service, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of the menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests professionally and warmly; escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and explain specials, ingredients, and recommended pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and presented according to fine dining standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, specials and ingredients.
• Monitor guests’ dining experience and anticipate their needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses; reset tables for the next guest efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
• Manage payment transactions and issue receipts accurately.
• Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Adhere to restaurant grooming standards and service etiquette consistently.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow.
