This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Outlet Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Outlet Manager will oversee daily outlet operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory levels, and support the outlet team. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a favorable customer experience. Additionally, the Assistant Outlet Manager will ensure the outlet meets operational standards and achieves performance targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction

• Skills in People Management and effective Communication to support team development

• Experience in Inventory Management to oversee stock levels and ensure efficient operations

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Minimum 4 years experience in the restaurant industry of Bangladesh.
