Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Manufacturing management, Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing manufacturing strategy and achieve strategic operational goals.
∎ Drive the business metrics Process, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale.
∎ Steer the overall management of manufacturing operations.
∎ Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders, strive for best-in-class products and manufacturing practices.
∎ Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate employees to achieve excellence and mentor/ coach them.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental issues are prioritized and facilitated.
∎ Direct and drive implementation of Lean Business strategy and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related areas of the business.
∎ Direct and oversee the quality performance measures to achieve the quality production standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in leading operation.
∎ Be an effective leader by engaging with the team members and motivate them to get the best performance out of them. Shows very high level of interpersonal effectiveness.
∎ Follow job guidelines as described in the Organization practice and procedure manual.
∎ Perform other work-related duties as assigned sometimes beyond the defined KPI. Should be able to walk an extra mile when it comes to meeting the business requirements of the Organization.
∎ Cooperating with the Organization management in an effective manner to perform design work of a high quality.
∎ Produce work which is first time right. Implement SOP for process improvement & standardization.
∎ Be aware of budget and schedule constraints on all work executed for the Organization. Make every effort to complete assignment on time and on schedule.
∎ Treat all the Organization information, customer and vendor information in a confidential manner.
∎ Proven experience as a people manager
∎ Experience and proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies (eg. Six Sigma, Toyota Production System)
∎ Strong analytical capability and a data driven approach
∎ Proven ability to prioritize, drive processes and manage stakeholders
Salary: Negotiable
