∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience managing operational aspects of USAID and/or donor-funded development program
∎ Experience overseeing and handling travel and logistics, office and property maintenance and management, personnel, procurement, and project record keeping
∎ Experience overseeing international and local subcontractors and grantees
∎ Strong experience in and understanding of USAID rules and regulations
∎ Strong written and oral communications skills
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity
∎ Professional verbal and written proficiency in English and Bengali is required
