Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from reputed university with proven experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of factory operation
∎ Follow-up overall production process of factory
∎ Prepare a proper production plan of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly.
∎ Ensure productivity & achieve efficiency of production workers & staff as given target.
∎ Make sure to use prefect raw material as per QMS approval.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
∎ Ensure Quality production as per production guideline.
∎ Prepare regular production stock, Receive & delivery report.
∎ Ensure in time requisition for raw materials.
∎ Maintain inventory report and update it regularly.
∎ Forecast the future demand & take necessary action accordingly.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in sales & marketing of printing & plastics products
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years' experience in plastic industry & experience as Operational Head/Factory Manager will get preference
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Age not more than 40 years
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English.
