∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work directly under supervision of assigned Sr. Executive/ Executive (Operations).
∎ Have capacity to source security Guard.
∎ Conduct Night Patrol duties as per schedule from Operations Department.
∎ Arrange deployment of guards/armed guards through own sourcing and deploy them timely to their respective posts after ensuring training completion from Euro Vigil Training Center.
∎ Prepare guard duty schedule and submit weekly duty roster to office.
∎ Arrange distribution of logistics to field guards and ensure proper turnout bearing of guards.
∎ Make arrangement for Event Support services.
∎ Ensure 'On Job or Site Training' to the Security Guards, Post Supervisors and Armed Guards through Training Department.
∎ Ensure providing required service to the clients through our Security Guards and Armed Guards.
∎ Daily client visit, receive their feedback and take corrective measures accordingly and report the same to Operations Department.
∎ Ensure Carrying out Security Survey.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task given by the Higher Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Retired Senior Warrant officer/ Warrant officer/ Sargent or equivalent from BD Armed forces division will be given preference.
∎ Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license mandatory.
∎ Previous experience with Security Company will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
