Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel/tourism operations management
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Special Requirements
Prior experience in managing travel agency operations
Knowledge of GDS systems, airline bookings, and group ticketing preferred
Valid UAE Driving License
Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day travel agency operations, manage the sales and ticketing team, and ensure smooth coordination between departments for optimal customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations for the travel and tourism business
Supervise ticketing, sales, and customer service teams
Implement business strategies to meet company targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and corporate clients for business expansion
Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
Handle escalated customer issues efficiently
