Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview: We are looking for Female Customer Care Support Executives to handle client inquiries, provide ticketing support, and ensure excellent customer service in the travel and tourism sector. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

  • Provide information on ticket fares, bookings, and promotions

  • Assist the sales and operations team with day-to-day tasks

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with the management team for follow-ups and support tasks
