∎ Graduation or Post Graduation from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for region wise monthly target split & also follow-up target and achievement.
∎ Responsible for order verification & placement.
∎ Monitor delivery follow-up and payment settlement with logistics partner.
∎ Prepare payment calculations for both sellers and retailers.
∎ Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
∎ Responsible for sales administration like process conveyance, sample management, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
∎ A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
∎ Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
