Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
∎ Different class or diploma in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or equivalent with demonstrated professional experience is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Ship Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Shipyard

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiency planning and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects shipping and related operations.
∎ Providing oversight while evaluating employee performance, handle disciplinary issues and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability.
∎ Ensuring continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.
∎ Attracting and retaining qualified and motivated workforce; while encouraging new ideas for improvements.
∎ Authorizing productivity tracking standards/assessments and equipment needs
∎ Performance expectations will be met when the above duties are performed and when internal and external customers receive zero errors and minimal complaints
∎ Preparation of budgets in accordance with the organizations requirement and monitoring of agreed budgets set.
∎ Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
∎ Preparing regular reports for Management / clients regarding vessel operation.
∎ Key to organization and involves, working as part of a very closely team of people who keep the vessels within the organization working efficiently.
∎ Arrange daily/weekly meetings with team as appropriate to review overall team/individual performance and team building spirit.
∎ Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems.
∎ Follow up senior's instruction and response accordingly.
∎ Update local legislation and keep contact with concern

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.
