Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
∎ Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
∎ Planning, marketing based on the market trend.
∎ Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
∎ Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
∎ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
∎ Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
∎ Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
∎ Rate determine and customer visit.
∎ Prepare & provide necessary documents for the customer.
∎ Handling of Customer Claim
∎ Create weekly/monthly sales, income & shipment report.
∎ Follow up of cargo movement.
∎ Design sales strategy and lead sales efforts to penetrate the ever competitive Bangladesh market.
∎ Developing monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the team's performance against targets.
∎ Business lead generation, preparing sales pitch and subsequent business acquisition.
∎ Building strong relationship with customers, carriers, regulator authorities to ensure smooth operation and continuous business growth.
∎ Liaison with shipping lines to procure best rate and service for our clients.
∎ Developing strong network of overseas partners to ensure best rate and service can be ensured for our clients.
∎ Communicating with overseas partners/agents on joint sales efforts and securing business from overseas locations.
∎ Developing Project logistics business including route planning, custom clearance, road and river transportation.
