∎ We are seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the safety and operations of indoor playground while maintaining all PlayHouse principles such as a fast and clean service orientation. As an active team member you will be in direct interaction with guests, parents and building authority on a daily basis with whom you will need to keep a friendly relationship.
∎ TIME: 10 AM - 10 PM (Holiday one day, to be decided)
∎ Job Location-Dhaka (Mirpur DOHS)
∎ Hours: 10 AM - 10 PM (Holiday one day, to be decided)
∎ Must work all Government Holidays
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of the following teams:
∎ Floor Attendants Team
∎ Reception & Ticketing Team
∎ Cleaning Team
∎ Café chef & server Team
∎ Scheduling staff rotation as per flow of clients and capacity utilization
∎ Maintain 100% cleanliness of the facility
∎ Smooth flow of operations during preschool hours and birthday events
∎ Oversee Food & Beverage operations
∎ Must work all Government Holidays
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in at least one the following business areas: Children's Play Area, Amusement Park, Restaurant, Hotel
∎ Basic Computer Skills including emails, reports, employee evaluation etc.
∎ Great Communication Skills in English and Bangla
∎ Always ready to come to work with a Smile
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ 20k - 30k (Basic + Bi-weekly Audit Incentive)
