∎ We are looking for an Experienced Pre-School/Kindergarten Principal to oversee the smooth development and opening of our new preschool.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with management and assistant teachers to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
∎ Manage operations, which include student admission, finance, procurement and administration.
∎ Guide and support the development and implementation of teaching and learning approaches and resources, as well as best practices to enhance the learning experiences for the children.
∎ Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
∎ Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
∎ Work within the company/centre's policies, philosophy and procedures
∎ Ensure that the centre's service meet the needs of children and families

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in managing Pre-school Centres
∎ Supervisory experience with good communication and customer service skills
