Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.Product receive and delivery for servicing.
∎ Setting appointments and maintaining office decorum accordingly.
∎ Update and maintain information and program tracking.
∎ Maintain the general filing system and file up all corespondence.
∎ Preparation of meetings, office conferences and telephone conferences.
∎ Willingness to accept the most effective role.
∎ General administrative and clerical support.
∎ Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Handle customers with effective communication skills.
∎ Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
∎ Manage proper inventory weekly or monthly
