Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
∎ Understanding of the study abroad consultancy industry is a plus.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the consultancy firm, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
∎ Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
∎ Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and quality of service.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals and targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Foster a culture of excellence, customer focus, and teamwork within the organization.
∎ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
∎ Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

∎ Ability to manage a large study abroad consultancy team.

∎ Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
