Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose Lead overall operations, strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and coordination with stakeholders to achieve YEDI’s mission of skill-to-employment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of training centers, hubs, and programs
Develop and manage MoUs/partnerships with corporate, NGOs, government bodies, and international collaborators
Coordinate with all partners and stakeholders
Supervise branch/hub setup, B2B business, and expansion activities
Prepare and review monthly KPI reports, accounts, cash flow, revenue, and placement performance
Monitor team performance and provide leadership support
Assist in fundraising, grant applications, and CSR discussions
