∎ মার্কেট ও প্রোডাকশন বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা।
∎ এক্সেল ও হিসাব রাখার সফটওয়্যারে দক্ষতা।
∎ নেতৃত্বদানের ক্ষমতা ও টিম পরিচালনায় অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ সমস্যা সমাধানে দক্ষতা ও দ্রুত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের সক্ষমতা।
∎ মার্কেট ও প্রোডাকশন বিষয়ে ভালো ধারণা।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ কোম্পানির দৈনন্দিন আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব রাখা।
∎ লাভ-ক্ষতির বিশ্লেষণ করা ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ হিসাবের রেকর্ড যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট করা।
∎ ফ্যাক্টরির প্রোডাকশন মনিটর করা ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা।
∎ ডেলিভারি স্ট্যাটাস ফলোআপ ও সময়মতো পণ্য পৌঁছানো নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ নতুন ডিলারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা ও চুক্তি সম্পাদন করা।
∎ সেলস টিমকে পণ্য, মার্কেটিং ও ব্র্যান্ডিং বিষয়ে ট্রেনিং দেওয়া।
∎ সেলস টার্গেট মনিটরিং ও টিমের কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন।
∎ কোম্পানির ম্যানেজমেন্টকে সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
∎ বিভিন্ন বিভাগের মধ্যে কার্যকর সমন্বয় রক্ষা করা।
∎ 1. ✅ Accounts & Finance:
∎ কোম্পানির দৈনন্দিন আয়-ব্যয়ের হিসাব রাখা।
∎ লাভ-ক্ষতির বিশ্লেষণ করা ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ হিসাবের রেকর্ড যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও আপডেট করা।
∎ 2. ✅ Production & Delivery Monitoring:
∎ ফ্যাক্টরির প্রোডাকশন মনিটর করা ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা।
∎ ডেলিভারি স্ট্যাটাস ফলোআপ ও সময়মতো পণ্য পৌঁছানো নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ 3. ✅ Dealer Agreement & Communication:
∎ নতুন ডিলারদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা ও চুক্তি সম্পাদন করা।
∎ পুরাতন ডিলারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
∎ 4. ✅ Sales Team Training & Monitoring:
∎ সেলস টিমকে পণ্য, মার্কেটিং ও ব্র্যান্ডিং বিষয়ে ট্রেনিং দেওয়া।
∎ সেলস টার্গেট মনিটরিং ও টিমের কার্যকারিতা মূল্যায়ন।
∎ 5. ✅ Reporting & Coordination:
∎ কোম্পানির ম্যানেজমেন্টকে সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক রিপোর্ট প্রদান।
∎ বিভিন্ন বিভাগের মধ্যে কার্যকর সমন্বয় রক্ষা করা।
