∎ As a growing business, we are now seeking the right person for a new role within the business - Operations Support Executive. We are looking for someone bright, enthusiastic, and keen to progress in a warm and supportive, vibrant, business.
∎ The right candidate will be based from home (anywhere in the BD) and will need to have a good working environment with minimal distractions.
∎ This newly created role will involve working closely with the team and sometimes our clients too, to support projects and ongoing projects.
∎ You will be expected to handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
∎ Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
∎ Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
∎ Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
∎ Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
∎ Build a database of useful SOP's.
∎ Create and manage a customer success plan.
∎ Support with Trusted Network strategy.
∎ This is a new role that will evolve so there may well be other responsibilities that haven't yet been identified.
∎ Key Skills, Experience, Qualifications :
∎ First-class skills in written and spoken English with excellent grammar.
∎ An organized approach and an ability to prioritize.
∎ A natural Project Manager.
∎ The ability to stay focused on priorities.
∎ Team player but can work under own initiative.
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
∎ Excellent communicator.
∎ Great attention to detail.
∎ Good work ethic.
∎ Strong relationship-building skills.
