• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to drive the strategic objectives of the 3-year growth plan, ensuring value creation and long-term benefit for all stakeholders

• Develop and oversee a best-in-class global sourcing, supply chain infrastructure that balances quality, cost-efficiency and sustainability aligned with company ethos

• Oversee end-to-end operations, supply chain, quality control, and logistics, with a focus on scaling and efficiency

• Audit factories ensuring the ethical nature of how the business is run and ensure safety standards are adhered to

• Run all the region including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia and Morocco.

• Foster strong cross-functional relationships as well as develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and key stakeholders to enhance market position and ensure supply chain resilience

• Drive and champion operational excellence across all departments through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain agility to respond to shifting market demands whilst ensuring seamless operations across all facilities and logistics hubs, with a focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing and lean operations

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and company policies

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management to achieve growth and profitability targets

• Deliver clear operational performance updates, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO and board, highlighting key trends, opportunities, risks, and outcomes aligned with business priorities

• Monitor fashion industry trends, global supply chain dynamics, consumer behaviour shifts, and regulatory changes to inform proactive decision-making and maintain competitive advantage

• Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery and optimising the customer experience
