• Oversee end-to-end operations, supply chain, quality control, and logistics, with a focus on scaling and efficiency
• Audit factories ensuring the ethical nature of how the business is run and ensure safety standards are adhered to
• Run all the region including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia and Morocco.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships as well as develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and key stakeholders to enhance market position and ensure supply chain resilience
• Drive and champion operational excellence across all departments through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain agility to respond to shifting market demands whilst ensuring seamless operations across all facilities and logistics hubs, with a focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing and lean operations
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and company policies
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management to achieve growth and profitability targets
