Job Context:
∎ Online Sales Executive Required for Busy Ecommerce Website
∎ Office Hours: 10am to 7pm
∎ This job is not for any student and must be permanent resident of Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with the Customer in online and over the phone.
∎ Taking orders through chat system from website and Facebook
∎ Processing orders at our e-commerce portal
∎ Updating customer with their existing orders or queries
∎ Work as a team with shipping and warehouse department.
∎ Reporting everyday' s task at the end of the day to the department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year experience from any renowned company.
∎ Excellent typing speed and Microsoft excel expertise is a must.
∎ Previous e-commerce and Facebook order management is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English will be a plus.
