We are Hiring: Online Sales & CRM Executive

(Day Shift & Night Shift)

We are seeking responsible and committed individuals to handle online sales communication and customer relationship management professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer messages (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Website)

• Handle product inquiries, price, size, availability & offers

• Confirm orders accurately and forward to the processing team

• Maintain customer data and order records

• Follow up with customers (order status, delivery, feedback)

• Handle complaints and issues calmly & professionally

• Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and delivery team

• Maintain proper conversation tone and protect brand image

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: [10 AM -8 PM]

• Night Shift: [4 PM - 2 AM], [6 PM - 4 AM]
