Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge in Online Marketplace(Fiverr,Upwork,Freelancer & People Per Hour)
∎ Fluent in spoken English and Writing.
∎ Work in various Several Projects and make a Project Proposal for required projects according to client project requirement, understand a client project requirement in local and aboard a country.
∎ At a time, communicate with clients about project requirements and set a timeline of project delivery time.
∎ Deliver an excellent customer service experience via ticket and live chat.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service and first contact resolution.
∎ Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed to ensure proper and timely resolution of technical issues.
∎ Previous experience in web hosting or related Internet fields

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong customer service skills and a desire to grow technical knowledge
∎ Experience troubleshooting common issues with popular Content Management Software (CMS)s such as but not limited to Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and Magento.
∎ Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to common web hosting services including Apache HTTP, FTP, SSH, MySQL, DNS, Litespeed, CentOS, and CloudLinux.
∎ A strong desire to improve our support process by suggesting areas of improvement or efficiency.
∎ Ability to think out of the box, problem-solving skills.
∎ Regularly meet delivery estimates set by the client.
∎ Work under Pressure, Passion for learning and growth.
∎ Adapt to new technology quickly..
∎ Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
∎ Able to work independently or in a full team.

Salary: Negotiable
