Job Context:
∎ We are looking for capable, confident and enthusiastic individuals, interested in embarking on a long term career in" HMBR Tools And Chemicals Ltd". Solid Knowledge of online sales process.
∎ Job Location will be" HMBR Tools And Chemicals Ltd" Road#01, Holding#13, Ward#40, kudabo, Mirerbazar, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding SEM/SEO ,social media Instagram,snap chat, twitter, you tube,Google Ads, E-mail marketing, good graphic design knowledge.
∎ Create online marketing strategy with management to achieve long term branding.
∎ Familiarity with web technology.
∎ Create and develop new ideas for online organizing.
∎ Reporting activities on a daily basis.
∎ Prepare and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights to develop optimized plans.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's websites, mobile apps SMS & E-mail marketing campaigns etc.
∎ Planning and executing all paid promotional campaigns.
∎ Ensure that all product data is on the Website and Facebook page including images, descriptions, product detail, and prices.
∎ Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contract for online queries.
∎ Order process as per customer demand and time line set by organization.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong project leadership skills, analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.
∎ Creative skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Excellent data-driven reporting and presentation skills.
∎ Google Analytics and Google Ads.
∎ Ecommerce Management.
∎ Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic,energetic and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Having good moral/human character. He/ she should have a "can do attitude" kind and empathetic,eager to learn eager to teach, energetic, passionate to work.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
