The *Digital Marketing Specialist* is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company’s online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
Plan and execute campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.
2. Social Media Management:
Create, schedule, and manage posts across all social media channels.
Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers.
3. SEO & SEM:
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Manage Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns.
4. Content Coordination:
Collaborate with the content team for blogs, email, and ad copy.
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and marketing goals.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights to track performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
6. Email Marketing:
Run email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools.
Manage subscriber lists and A/B testing.
7. Website Management:
Coordinate with developers to update website content.
Ensure website SEO and usability.
