* Online business সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে
* Minimum 1–2 years experience থাকতে হবে
* Facebook page handling ও customer dealing এ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing)
* Responsible, hardworking & smart communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
* Website থেকে অর্ডার সংগ্রহ ও প্রসেস করা
* Facebook Page নিয়মিত মেইনটেইন করা (Inbox, Comment, Post)
* Customer handling ও follow-up করা
* Pathao / Steadfast এর মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি ম্যানেজ করা
* Daily order tracking ও রিপোর্ট আপডেট রাখা
