Basic concept of TIPS/Module.
Good in excel.
Responsibilities:
Capable to generate 80 to 100 invoices per day.
Capable to allocate 650 invoice textile revenue summary daily basis.
Update new price, discount in TIPS and keep record in invoice server as well as keep updated communication also.
Informed to the concern for Invoice related mistake in PI (wrong price, applicant name, vat etc.).
Revenue summary, job done summary, vat checking, and others related summery should be prepare, verify and send on time.
Daily basis invoice check and verify.
Bringing notice to the superior for any discrepancy of invoice generation.
Maintain checker-maker process.
Will provide actual information the customer regarding invoice related issue.
Implement the practice with team to respond customer query as early as possible.
