Responsibilities & Context:
· Execute daily production plans for condensed milk as per schedule and targets.
· Monitor all milk processing stages including receiving, standardization, evaporation, and packaging.
· Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower.
· Maintain accurate batch-wise production records and reports.
· Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
· Monitor product quality parameters such as taste, color, and consistency.
· Supervise production floor staff and allocate manpower based on production needs.
· Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure a safe working environment while complying with company policies and regulatory standards.
