• Candidates having proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint will be given preference.

• Establish, manage, and expand the distributor/dealer network in line with company strategy.

• Ensure appropriate channel coverage and penetration across territories.

• Onboard new partner as per policy.

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the channel.

• Monitor Dealer/Customer performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address underperforming areas.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

• Resolve channel conflicts and ensure satisfaction through timely support and issue resolution.

• Coordinate with finance and logistics teams for partner payments, credit control, and delivery issues.

• Ensure proper implementation of trade policies, schemes, and promotional activities.

• Monitor channel inventory, secondary sales, and stock management.

• Ensure partners comply with contractual obligations, brand guidelines, and company policies.

• Gather and report market feedback, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

• Recommend strategic actions to improve channel effectiveness and competitiveness.

• Support new product launches and ensure smooth execution across channels.

• Work closely with Trade Marketing, Branding, and Supply Chain teams for execution of channel programs.

• Provide training and guidance to the field sales team and channel partners.
