Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System & Network Management:Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and office networks including LAN, internet, and email troubleshooting (Outlook 2019, 2021, 2024 & O365).
∎ Technical Support:Provide timely support to end users regarding IT-related issues and ensure all problems are documented and resolved efficiently.
∎ CCTV Operation & Maintenance:Install, troubleshoot, and operate CCTV systems, monitor footage in real-time, and assist management when footage review is required.
∎ IT Equipment Maintenance:Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, UPSs, and other IT devices to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Field Visits:Visit factories and branch offices regularly to resolve on-site IT issues and ensure systems are running effectively.
∎ Inventory & Confidentiality:Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and ensure all video footage and IT-related data are handled with strict confidentiality.
