Experience in sales operations is preferred.
Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Review, analyze and approve sales requisitions in alignment with company policies and standards.
Coordinate with the factory to plan production schedules based on sales demand, forecasts and market requirements.
Monitor product availability at the central warehouse and ensure sufficient inventory to meet ongoing sales needs.
Initiate re-orders proactively to avoid stock-out or overstock situations.
Manage order cancellations, modifications and changes in scope as required.
Ensure timely processing and execution of sales orders to support uninterrupted sales operations.
Collaborate with the sales, warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports related to sales orders, inventory status and production planning.
Provide management with analytical insights and regular operational updates to support decision-making.
