Automation, Dashboard & System Development:

• Develop & maintain automatic Power BI reports for SWT & LSSP divisions.

• Develop KPI dashboards for performance visualization.

• Develop Android & web apps for performance monitoring.

• Standardize reports using Excel VBA.

• Prepare OEE & MOP calculations and 3D layout/furniture drawings.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze factory system data and prepare Crystal Global reports.

• Prepare KPI, performance, and visit presentations.

• Support 1Y & 5Y revenue and E-capex budget preparation.

• Provide urgent manual incentive calculation support.

• Propose policy improvements and refine incentive schemes.

Process Improvement & Automation Projects:

• Improve automation coverage for HC reduction and sustainability projects.

• Support in-house automation projects considering ROI, feasibility, material flow, and cost-benefit analysis.

• Collaborate with suppliers and support Global Kaizen & CX programs.
