• Experience in selling eggs, poultry, fertilizer, pesticide or Medicine (veterinary division) will be an added advantage.

• Freshers willing to work on marketing sector will be considered for this position.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

• Proficiency in Office applications.

• Strong selling, negotiation and persuasive skills.

• Familiar with the geographical areas of Bangladesh.

• Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are achieved within assigned timelines.

• Drive commercial egg sales growth by proactively coordinating with customers and distributors.

• Analyze customer complaints and provide corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, and marketing) to strengthen relationships.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales and competitor production analysis.

• Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth sales operations.

• Handle administrative activities to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

• Liaise with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve operational issues.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, and develop SOPs for existing functions and systems.
