Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Set & Achieve Target Business Matrix.
∎ To set production target Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
∎ Achieve target with Team Balancing according to SOP.
∎ Formulate process improvement/Development to achieve target efficiently.
∎ Coordinate with other department to run smooth & timely production.
∎ Synthetic line output quantity must be ensured as per plan (PUsandal/Shoe /Outsole- 267 pairs/hr).
∎ Reworks must be minimized & Quality must be followed to achieve theproduction.
∎ Shop order must be closed on time as per plan (Monthly).
∎ Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance and PD to avoid anyinconvenience in production floor.
∎ Line monitoring and minimize the bottleneck & ensure on time delivery.
∎ Ensure housekeeping, line discipline, manpower utilization, next shiftproduction materials, attendance etc.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of Manpower.
∎ Synthetic Product development idea sharing.
