∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Knowledge about office administration.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect & Coordination the BTL budget.
∎ Search vendor & Process BTL bill.
∎ Track BTL activity & Prepare report and share to concerned RM and marketing department.
∎ Ensure the policy and Guideline for error-free bill submission. Receive Dispatch & Maintaining Stock of different gifts & POSM Materials.
∎ Coordinate Regional Meeting, Training & Others program (Sales Training, Regional Meeting, Regional Dealer Conference, etc.)
∎ Maintain all new & old Dealer Documentation.
∎ Prepare new/renew the agreement for the regional office, Motorcycle purchase, Laptop purchase, etc.
∎ Ensure new employee's amenities (Laptop, ID Card, Business Card, etc.).
∎ Fixed asset requisition process, Purchase/ Maintenance/ Report.
∎ Provide all administrative support to the Regional Office.
