• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business from a recognized Public, Private, or Overseas university is required.

• A PGD or Diploma in Footwear Manufacturing from a reputed institution will be considered an added advantage.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

• Age At most 30 years

• Sound knowledge on manufacturing processes, planning and support functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Open-minded personality with positive attitude.

• Ability to maintain good working relations with all fellow Team Members & cross-functional team.

• Creating Production Schedules: Develop comprehensive production schedules based on monthly demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.

• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with various departments to effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, in order to achieve production targets.

• Optimizing Production Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency to maximize productivity.

• Monitoring Performance: Track KPIs such as production output, quality metrics, and adherence to schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with various teams including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of production plans.

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and refine production planning processes and systems to enhance effectiveness and adaptability to changing business needs.
