• Supervise, monitor, and maintain the fleet of vehicles (dump trucks, cement bulk carriers, trucks, pickups, etc.).

• Ensure the timely and accurate scheduling of vehicles for daily transportation operations.

• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of all vehicles.

• Plan and organize transportation routes, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth transportation operations.

• Manage the movement of cement, raw materials, and other goods efficiently.

• Supervise and coordinate the work schedules of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Conduct training and orientation for new drivers regarding safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Evaluate and monitor driver performance, addressing any issues related to punctuality, safety, or behavior.

• Maintain records of all transportation activities, including delivery schedules, vehicle inspections, and maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with all transportation laws, including licensing, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Prepare reports on vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and cost analysis.

• Implement and oversee safety measures for all vehicles and drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.

• Conduct periodic safety audits and risk assessments for the transportation operation.

• Monitor transportation costs and optimize logistics processes to reduce operational expenses.

• Assist in preparing budgets and cost analysis for transportation-related activities.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure transportation needs are met for all operational requirements.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the logistics manager.
