Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Address and resolve employee welfare-related concerns and issues.
∎ Provide guidance and support to employees regarding personal or professional challenges.
∎ Follow up maternity leave formalities, procedure & policy, counseling regarding leave.
∎ Counsel absentee workers to reduce absenteeism.
∎ Ensure that workers know available support systems, including healthcare, counseling, and safety programs.
∎ Monitor and improve workplace health and safety standards in alignment with local laws and regulations.
∎ Regular inspections should be conducted to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
∎ Encourage and promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork within the workplace.
