Strong knowledge of EFTN, NPSB, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), and digital payment platforms.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in settlement and reporting.
Customer Support & Helpdesk
Provide day-to-day customer support through Intraweb, [email protected], and TBL Helpdesk.
Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.
Trust Money App Operations
Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Trust Money App.
Handle dispute settlements related to EFTN, Mobile Top-Up, bKash, Nagad, NPSB, TAP, Bangla QR, and Utility services.
Support integration and operations of upcoming projects (Meghna Pay, Upay, Sheba Pay, Pathao Pay).
Fund Settlement & Adjustments
Execute STMS Army Ration Fund settlement.
Perform settlement money adjustments for Nagad and TAP.
Manage Rajuk and A-Challan dispute settlements and GL adjustments.
System Updates & User Management
Update Transaction Profiles (TP) for Trust Money App users.
Activate Trust Money App users for Company and Joint account holders only.
Reconciliation & Reporting
Perform TAP reconciliation, and prepare BTCL and Nagad reports.
Send monthly regulatory reports to Bangladesh Bank (TCSA and National Payment Information).
