∎ Very good skills in MS Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to the branch by providing general banking services to the customers in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the Bank.
∎ Account opening by ensuring compliance of laws and regulations, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
∎ Provide service related to checkbooks, Debit Cards and Payment Order.
∎ Provide service related to Issue and Encashment of Fixed Deposit/DPS etc.
∎ Provide service under BACH (Clearing & BEFTN).
∎ Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services.
∎ Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
∎ Ensure AML & CFT guidelines in performing banking activities.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur, Jashore (proposed Sub Branch) or anywhere in Bangladesh

∎ Job Grade: Officer to Senior Officer
∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
