Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain relationship with existing clients with proper support & develop relationship.
∎ With new clients for expansion of product market (Such as ; Architect, Engineer,C ontractor & Developers)
∎ Handle customer complaints & update the complaint to the production department for improvement.
∎ Achieve the sales target fixed by the Head of Sales
∎ Ensure the guidelines and policies set by the Head of Sales are followed.
∎ To support the overall marketing objectives of the company, both externally and internally.
∎ Supply sufficient information to the marketing manager to enable effective budgetary.
∎ Control of the specific areas of activity.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
