Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery of materials.
∎ Maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Receive store materials (Yarn, Spare parts, Accessories, packing materials etc) from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Follow up styles wise files for the accessories and yarn flow in the sample and production department.
∎ Prepare Accessories Delivery guideline for Sewing, Finishing & Quality department.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading of finished goods or materials and ensure that the goods are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Arrange and monitor allocation of all the materials and goods
∎ Monitor & make comparison report to purchase requisition & budget control.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety issues of entire store area.
∎ Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
∎ Perform all activities related to the shipment.
∎ Good knowledge on store inventory system.
∎ Must have work experience on ERP database.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have ability to handle medium size store of sweater factory.
∎ Must have good knowledge on store software, excel, ms word etc.
∎ Capable to work with team.
∎ Must have good reporting, presentation and communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
