Logistic, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Inventory/Warehouse, Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all the items/materials receipts to the factory are recorded timely in stock ledger with physical verification.
∎ Properly maintain MS Excel system and provide data to concern department on time.
∎ Ensure materials issued to the production in proper way.
∎ Ensure all the requirements are discussed with management prior to finalize ordering.
∎ Properly maintain store compliance related issue as per company and govt. rules.
∎ Conduct store inventory monthly.
∎ Monitoring day to day finished product.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly materials in & out report.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Follow and implement the operational strategies and procedures according to the company policy.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be able to speak, read and write a good English.
∎ Have to know to work with computer excel program.
Salary: Negotiable
