Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Color, Exposing, Placement Printing, Quality control, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give Technical support to Print Production.
∎ Need to handle more than 200 people in production floor.
∎ Formulating effective strategic plans to meet top line profitability.
∎ Should be able to handle production most efficiently with optimum quality.
∎ Implementing systems, & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhancing operational efficiency.
∎ Implementing acceptable systems to enhance quality of products & ensuring compliance with standard quality, environment, health & safety standards.
∎ Capacity to work with production accounts system at style end.
∎ Intensively hourly follow - up of production and guideline for solve instantly.
∎ Capability to bottleneck analysis.
∎ Handle with Print Production floor as per SOP.
∎ Experience in dealing with Buyer- H & M, PUMA, Wal-Mart, C & A, ESprite, G-Star, and so on.
∎ Experienced to work with latest compliance system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having previous work experience in printing production for reputed buyer will be given preference.
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline
∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, specially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc.,
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage team and deal with multi-level stakeholders.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
