• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Expected to work both day and night shifts as and when required.

• Will be working with updated types of machinery, with TPM Practice.     

• Should have the mentality to stay with the company for a long period.

• Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check;
• Compare & enhance production;
• Compare production according to planning and take countermeasures for deviations, if any;
• Process control & floor supervision;
• Ensuring the smooth running of the workforce & machines;
• Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates;
• Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance TPM) Methodology;
• Increase Monthly Performance Evaluation (MPE) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
